This commitment to quality at the service of customers is backed by the recognition of the ISO 9001:2000 seal granted by AENOR and which certifies the quality of the entire production process. Likewise, Kelmy has the European IQNET seal, which certifies the quality of the entire production process of this company within the European Union.

Gluten-free foods and suitable for celiacs
None of our products contain gluten and, therefore, they are all suitable for coeliacs, they do not contain any ingredients that contain gluten, and there is no gluten in any manufacturing process in our facilities.
It is an intolerance caused by the intake of gluten and other similar proteins that affects people with a genetic predisposition. Gluten is a protein present in cereals such as wheat, barley, rye, triticale (hybrid of wheat and rye) and others.
The gluten-free diet
The only possible current treatment is the gluten-free diet (GFD), which consists of strictly eliminating from the diet all products that contain or are cooked with wheat, rye, barley and oats, or any of their varieties and hybrids (spelt , spelled, kamut, triticale...), and/or derived products, avoiding inadvertent contamination and all kinds of dietary transgressions.
