Form of payment

The user may choose between various forms of payment.

1.- Bank transfer or deposit.

You may make payment through a bank deposit or transfer in the account of PRODUCTOS KELMY, S.A., stating the customer name as well as the order reference number.

To speed up payment confirmation and the order dispatch proceedings, you can send us the bank justification by e-mail or fax and this should contain your name, number or reference of the order and the bank account of Productos Kelmy, S.A.

2.- Credit Card.

To pay by card, the user must follow the instructions shown on the screen.

You can make payment via the Bankinter payment gateway using one of the following cards: VISA, VISA electron, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, 4B.

During the purchasing process, once you have chosen this option, you will be resent the REDSYS payment gateway page to formalise payment. REDSYS and BANKINTER ensure the confidentiality of the whole process and no credit card number or related information will be notified to PRODUCTOS KELMY, S.A. Your data will only be on the REDSYS payment gateway as it is the latter who will process payment. The financial entity uses a secure payment gateway which deploys the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring the maximum security of your data or the card data.

Using this system, we receive payment confirmation on the same day and from this time onwards we will process the order.

3.- Cash on delivery

Payment will be made at the same time as the order is submitted.

The cash on delivery service will accrue a commission of 3% of the amount payable at a minimum cost of 3 Euros.

This service is only available in Spain (mainland).
