Returns

Returns will be accepted 48 hours after receiving the order provided that the products have not been opened nor used and retain their original packaging. In these cases Productos Kelmy, S.A. will return the amount of the purchase by bank transfer to the account stated by the customer, deducting any return postage and packaging costs which the Customer will pay for.

If, owing to an error, you are delivered a product or products different from those requested, Productos Kelmy, S.A. will change it/them at no extra cost to the customer.
