Tips for a good use of the product

Packaging: thermo-sealed in modified atmosphere. Does not require special conservation or storage conditions
Use: Decoration, filling and coating of pastry tarts. Spread in smooth, thin layers with a flat spoon, spatula or sleeve.
Suitable for caramelization. Ready for use in:
- San Marcos cake
- San Marcos sheet
Conservation (once the protective plastic has been removed)
Not liable to cracking when the temperature drops
- Smooth remaining content with paraffin paper
- Do not close the tub with the plastic lid
- Does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool dry place
- Can be cooled and frozen
- Best before: 10 months after purchase
