Tips for a good use of the product

Packaging: store in a cool, dry place at room temperature

Use: as icing for cakes and to model figures or even flowers. 

Flexible and elastic

Does not crack or grain

Not sticky and can be kneaded as much as you like

A more rigid structure can be obtained for more complex modelling by adding a pinch of CMC powder

*For making lace, decorations, figures, flowers, etc. we recommend using gum paste because it can be modelled much better than fondant.

Conservation (once the fondant container is opened)

  • Cover the leftover with tight plastic film to prevent air from entering and store in a container with a lid.
  • Do not refrigerate
  • Avoid hot and humid ambiences
  • Best before: 15 months after purchase
