Tips for a good use of the product

BUTTERCREAM ELABORATION

 

From this powder preparation we can also obtain a buttercream with a smooth and light consistency.

 

The steps to follow for its preparation:

 

1º) Place 150 g of powder together with 150 g of milk and 180 g of unsalted butter at room temperature in a bowl.

2nd) Add the desired colorant and aroma and mix for 1 minute at slow speed (2).

3º) Then beat for 5 - 7 minutes at maximum speed, we already have a buttercream with a smooth and light consistency.

 

For a denser consistency buttercream, the steps to follow are:

 

1st) Place 210 g of powder together with 90 g of milk and 180 g of unsalted butter at room temperature in a bowl.

2nd) Add the desired colorant and aroma and mix for 1 minute at slow speed (2).

3º) Then beat for 5 - 7 minutes at maximum speed and we already have a dense consistency buttercream.

 

We can also substitute milk for water if we want the buttercream to have less dairy flavor.

 

FROSTING PROCESSING

 

            Powder preparation to make a soft and fluffy cream, being able to add the color and aroma you want, to decorate or fill biscuits, cakes or cupcakes.

 

            Steps to follow for its preparation:

 

   1º)Colocar en un bol 250 g de polvo con 250 g de agua, añadiendo el colorante y el aroma que desee.

            2º) Mezclar bien y colocar el bol en la batidora.

            3º) Batir durante 10 minutos a velocidad media (3 – 4).

            4º) Ahora ya está listo para su uso en coberturas de cupcakes o tartas y en rellenos.

            5º) Se puede aplicar con la manga pastelera.

 

            Una vez preparado si no se utiliza inmediatamente se debe de conservar en nevera. Aguantando perfectamente durante 2 – 3 días, remover antes de volver a usarla.

 

            Si se quiere evitar que se reseque se puede tapar.

SE DEBE EVITAR:

 

            El producto en polvo no precisa condiciones especiales de conservación y almacenamiento. Una vez abierto, se recomienda volver a cerrar el envase después de su uso y mantenerlo alejado de toda humedad para evitar que el polvo se apelmace.
